We're happy to provide local businesses and community members an opportunity to offer discounted and subsidized annual memberships to employees, affiliates and tenants. All of our group membership plans include 60 minutes of cumulative usage each day and require a minimum number of five active members to be enrolled in the program.
Once you fill out the enrollment form, we’ll send you an invoice, which is payable by check, and you’ll then receive promo codes for distribution. For 1st and 2nd Gear memberships, we’ll send you an invoice each month for any new associates that you’d like to enroll. Our 3rd Gear members will receive promo codes for the discounted price and members will pay directly through the website.
How do people sign up for our group membership plan?
Associates will be able to use the signup link on this website and enter their promo code. A credit card is required for any overages or for the initial membership fee for 2nd and 3rd Gear memberships.
What happens if an associate is already a Grid member?
Associates can turn off auto-renew on their current membership and then sign up for the group membership once their current plan expires. Their new plan will be good for one year from the date they use the promo code.
What happens when a member leaves our organization?
Their group membership will remain active until the expiration date, which is one year from the date of sign up. If they renew their membership, they will have to select a different type of plan.
Can you help us communicate the benefit to employees?
Yes! We can provide you with marketing collateral to distribute to your associates. We would also be happy to visit your organization to introduce them to Grid Bikes and let them know about the group plan.
